By registering on Tuition Madam (www.tuitionmadam.in), both tutors and parents agree to the following strict terms and conditions. Violation of any of the terms will lead to penalties, account suspension, or blacklisting from our platform.

No Bypass Policy:
Tuition Madam acts as a connector between tutors and parents. Any attempt by a parent or tutor to remove Tuition Madam from the engagement after connection will be considered a strict violation.
- If a parent asks the tutor to continue services without Tuition Madam’s knowledge or involvement, Tuition Madam will not be liable for any outcome, payment dispute, or service quality.
- If a tutor agrees to work with the parent bypassing Tuition Madam, a penalty of ₹2,000 will be levied, the tutor will be immediately removed from the platform, and will receive no further leads or referrals from us.
Fees and Charges:
- Guidance Fee for Tutors: A non-refundable fee of ₹99 is charged from each tutor at the time of onboarding or lead allotment.
- Booking Fee for Parents: A fee of ₹99 is charged to parents for connecting them with a verified tutor.
Monthly Payment Process:
- All monthly tuition payments shall be processed through the Tuition Madam platform only. Tutors will be paid by Tuition Madam directly.
- A 15% service charge will be deducted from the tutor’s monthly fee as the platform’s commission.
- The first 3 classes conducted by the tutor will be deducted from the total payable to ensure quality and commitment.
Strict Enforcement:
Any violation of these terms by either party will lead to legal action, blacklisting from the platform, and monetary penalty where applicable. Tuition Madam reserves full rights to modify or update the declaration without prior notice.
