Refund Policy| Tuition Madam – A Venture of Diva Queen Trust
By using Tuition Madam, a venture of Diva Queen Trust, and accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
At Tuition Madam, we strive to ensure satisfaction for both parents and tutors. However, due to the nature of our services and the commitment required by both parties, we have a No Refund Policy. We do, however, provide flexibility to parents in case they wish to change their tutor or if a tutor discontinues services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- For Parents: Advance Payment for First 3 Classes: Once the parent pays the advance for the first 3 classes, this payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. If a parent chooses to discontinue classes after the trial/demo class, they will not be entitled to a refund for the advance paid for the 3 classes.
- Option to Change Tutor: If the parent is not satisfied with the tutor after the trial/demo class or during the course of the classes, they are entitled to request a tutor change. In such cases, the parent will not be required to pay an additional fee for the first 3 classes of the new tutor (if the change is made within the first 3 classes). The payment for the initial 3 classes will be transferred to the new tutor. No Refunds will be issued, but the parent is entitled to switch tutors at no additional charge for the first 3 classes with the new tutor.
- Post-Confirmation Fees: After the confirmation of the tutor and payment for the first 3 classes, no refund will be issued for any fees paid. Once the tutor has commenced the classes, the payment for those classes is final.
- For Tutors: Guidance Fee: Tutors are required to pay a non-refundable guidance fee of 99 INR to register with Tuition Madam. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the tutor decides not to proceed with the platform or if their services are discontinued. No Refunds for Services Rendered: Tutors will start receiving payments from parents after the third class. Once payment has been made for the classes, no refund will be issued for any payments received from the parent.
- Delisting or Violations of Terms: If a tutor is found to be violating any terms of service, misleading parents or students, or acting unprofessionally, they may be removed from the platform without any refund for the guidance fee or other payments. In cases of legal disputes, no refund will be issued, and any legal action may be pursued as per the terms of the platform.
- Important Notes: No Refunds will be provided for any payments made by parents or tutors after the transaction has been completed, except in the case of a tutor change as outlined above. The tutor change option is available only for the first 3 classes and does not apply once the classes have moved beyond this point. If a tutor discontinues their services (due to illness, personal reasons, or other factors), the parent is entitled to request a tutor change without incurring additional costs.
- PS ~ Due to High demand only Limited / Few /No Home Tutors will be Available in Few Locations of Delhi / NCR & In no way Tuition Madam team will be bounded to provided home tutors in non available locations.
