By using Tuition Madam, a venture of Diva Queen Trust, and accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
UNDERTAKING BY THE TUTOR/TEACHER

- I would like to join Tuition Madam (An Educational Venture of Diva Queen Trust), Government Registered as a Home Tutor/Teacher/Online Tutor/Teacher and agree to abide by the policy related to Norms & Regulations of Tuition Madam (An Educational Venture of Diva Queen Trust), Government Registered, and DPS Modern Schools.
- I will always maintain a professional approach in my duties and strive for 100% results from my students in the subjects I teach.
- Location Tracking & Attendance: All Tutors/Teachers must ensure that GPS LOCATION TRACKING is switched on at all times through the App provided by Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust). This must be active when heading to the Home Tuition Venue and throughout the class. Tracking must not be disabled in any manner.
- Advance Fees and Payment: As per the new policy of Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust), only 3 classes’ fees will be taken as the advance payment from the parent after confirmation, along with the guidance fees. Tutors/Teachers must guide and advise parents to pay for the first 3 classes and the guidance fee via the Website/Mobile App of Tuition Madam ONLY. Cash or cheque payments for the first 3 classes are not allowed. After the trial/demo class, it is the responsibility of the Tutor/Teacher to ensure that parents pay for the first 3 classes in advance and fill out the Feedback Form at the Home Tuition Venue for smooth operations and to secure future leads.
- Feedback and Vacancies: Tutors/Teachers will be notified about teaching vacancies via phone, SMS, or email. It is mandatory for the Tutor/Teacher to provide accurate and true feedback before meeting with the student. Each Tutor/Teacher will be charged 25% of their first tuition fees for each teaching vacancy referred by Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust).
- Uniform and Professionalism: All Tutors/Teachers are required to wear the Tuition Madam uniform while attending the Home Tuition Venue or while taking classes. Tutors/Teachers must purchase the uniform after receiving their first payment from the parent (after the 25% advance fees are submitted to Tuition Madam). Tutors/Teachers may be required to appear for an interview before final selection.
- Social Media and Presentation: The Teaching Presentation, including the Tutor’s Photograph/Portfolio submitted to Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust), can be used and circulated on all social media platforms. All submitted Teaching Presentations will remain part of the Tuition Madam platform even after the Tutor leaves the platform.
- Confidentiality & Professional Behavior: Tutors/Teachers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding students and their families. Tutors/Teachers must download the Tuition Madam app for attendance and time reporting. Tutors/Teachers should maintain professional behavior, including appearance, throughout their association with Tuition Madam.
- Liability and Safety: Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust) will not be liable for any mishaps that occur at the student's home or elsewhere. Tutors/Teachers should take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety. If any Tutor/Teacher violates the terms and conditions, Tuition Madam reserves the right to discontinue their services, with or without legal proceedings if necessary. No compensation will be provided in such cases. We once again welcome you to our Tuition Madam (A Unit of DQ Trust) platform and hope for a successful and long-term association.
